Asia Centre, a Thailand-based research institution, organised the 8th International Conference on Elections and Democracy in Asia from 23-25 August in Bangkok, and JANIC’s Policy Advisor Yasuhiro Shigeta and THINK Lobby Manager Asako Haga were among the speakers. On this occasion, JANIC also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Asia Centre to implement joint projects.
